Bani Mandir main building at Khordanhala village, South 24 Parganas, West BengalBani Mandir office
Established in 1945, Bani Mandir is legendary name in the locality for helping the poor and for supporting their human rights. In those days, the picture of village-life can not be compared with the present day situation. There were no facilities in respect of Health, Education, Sanitation, Road communication etc. and people had no opportunity to get rid of these inconveniences. On this background a few school teachers and some enthusiastic young people took the initiative and established Bani Mandir. Now, Bani Mandir has become a platform for these people.

An Appeal

Hospital services in this area are not available and patients in acute cases have to travel a long way to the sub divisional hospital at a risk. In order to obviate this difficulty a suitable hospital is felt absolutely necessary. In the village, there are no doctors available and quacks help is the only alternative. Therefore, a modern hospital would be the most useful establishment. Looking forward to your kind cooperation. Please mail us at banimandir06@rediffmail.com.
