Education
Two crèches are run by
Bani Mandir, one at its complex at village Khordanhala
since 1975 and one at village Singalganj since 2002-03
under the auspices of West Bengal Council for Child
Welfare. 25 children in each unit of working parents
are being cared in those two crèches.
Working
parents leave their child in the crèche while
going to work and while returning from work take them
away. The kids are learning well and the care workers
are looking for all out development of their health

Health
There are four health clinics -
two Allopathic and two Homoeopathic. Out of these 4 clinics
one is headed by a lady gynecologist. Women, particularly
those in rural areas, have inhibitions to disclose their
gynecological problems in front of male doctors. Here
in Bani Mandir women can freely discuss their health matters
with the female doctor and automatically some complicated
diseases are diagnosed. Helpage India is providing support
for our elderly persons. |
